The wildfire created by no-fault divorce

After some dialogue and research, a few states came to the conclusion that they could alleviate some of the pressure and backlogs in family law courts by implementing a new legal theory called the no-fault divorce. But the real reason for the implementation of the non-fault divorce process was the state was just too lazy to sort out the facts that caused the parties to seek a divorce. And far too many of the state’s gutless judges, and family law Commissioners, were too incompetent and too ill equipped to arrive at a fair and just marital verdict. Last, the state ignored the fact that in many, if not all divorces, one of the parties was indeed at fault for causing the marriage to disintegrate.
