The states' deification of motherhood and women

The discrimination against men in state family law courts is profoundly rooted in an old and false notions concerning the timidity and weakness of women.


In every family, the role of each parent is diverse and in a constant state of movement, improvement, and evolution. When the state devalues the role of one parent, generally fathers, based upon aged notions of motherhood, influenced by religion, nostalgia and tradition, the children suffer.
