The insidious acts of the state are NOT meant to bring non-custodial parents into compliance rather, these measures are clearly meant to cripple, maime and destroy non-custodial parents
By examining the state’s virulent actions (as it pertains to the methods it uses to obtain child support payments), it is hard to determine which one of the involved parties (the state, or the non-custodial parents in arrears) is the actual “criminal.”
The state strongly believes it is justified in implementing draconian measures, even if those same measures have nefarious purposes, and are not in the best interest of the children whom the state is supposedly protecting. And those who have been decimated by the state, and those who have adamantly withstood the state’s draconian measures, see them as nothing more than outright overkill!
